Kurt's Definition of a Special Project
An interrelated and primarily nonrepetitive set of activities which combine
to meet certain objectives, or in plain English; the art and science of
doing something that has never been done before by predicting and developing a plan to deal with the unknown and then implementing that plan through people who do not report to you and could care less or even oppose your project, using limited resources over which you have no control.
